At Daystar our residents enjoy a wide variety of menu choices tailored to the preferences of our residents, even the pickiest of eaters.
We work to ensure that special dietary needs for each of our residents are met. All of our foods are prepared with a minimum amount of salt and sugar-free desserts are offered at every meal. You will be able to dine with us knowing that your nutritional requirements will be met each day in a menu designed to be healthy, delicious and full of choices.
All of our meals are served restaurant-style so residents have the opportunity to socialize with friends in one of our many intimate dining areas.

Eggs to order - Two eggs, prepared to your liking served with bacon, sausage, or breakfast ham and fresh fruit of the day
Choice of hot cereal or dry cereal - Served with fresh fruit of the day
Strawberry or blueberry stuffed pancakes - served with butter and syrup and fresh fruit of the day
*All breakfasts served with choice of toast or English muffin and coffee, tea, milk or fruit juices.

Chinese Chicken Salad - Mixed Greens topped with roasted chicken, sliced red and green peppers, pineapple, Mandarin oranges, toasted cashews, water chestnuts, friend won-tons; with sweet sesame seed dressing.
Spaghetti with Meat Sauce - This comfort-food classic is served with a fresh Caesar salad and toasted garlic bread.
Grilled or Cold Deli Sandwiches - Thin slicked ham or turkey, Swiss, cheddar, or American cheeses. Choice of grilled or cold, and served with lettuce and tomato

Cranberry Glazed Pork Loin - Tangy and savory tender pork, served with herbed orzo and an Italian blend of vegetables
Lemon Rosemary Chicken - Fragrant and savory, this chicken is served with seasonal vegetables and roasted red potatoes
Cobb Salad- Mixed greens topped with crumbled Blue Cheese, diced tomato, chopped hard-boiled egg, chopped bacon, and diced chicken. Garnished with avocado
