Move in Process Overview at Daystar

If the apartment you like is already occupied

We'll put you on our Residence Priority List with a $500 deposit. If you're still firming up your plans your deposit will also signify your intent to live here at Daystar. It does not hold or reserve a specific residence for you and it is fully refundable at any time.

If you'd like to reserve an available residence

It takes only a $1,200 deposit to make your reservation. (That can include your Residence Priority List deposit.) Your deposit covers cleaning and refurbishing fees, and key and security deposits. Cats and small dogs are also welcome of course, with a one-time nonrefundable fee.

When you're ready to move in

You'll enter into a month-to-month Rental Agreement and pay the first month's rent for your apartment. We'll help you with many of the details and make moving to your new home a time you can look forward to. We hope to see you soon!
